Here is city scape 2 of Incognito. The commercial district. The building with the number 23 on the side is Building 23. All places are identified by numbers, not by names. Building 23 is perhaps the most important building in the OW storyline.

well actually there is a building 666 (in the "business" district), former building of the Nero Corperation (those who know Greco-Roman history will get that one :) )

Now, is the white at the horizon fog, or does the sky actually go from a black and red cloudy look to the white? Very nice manipulation.
